25 pt. pressboard cover contains eight 11 pt. Manila dividers (Insurance, Tax & Assessment Receipts, Mortgage, Title Papers, Attorney's Opinion, Appraisal, Credit Reports, Application). Dividers are held by top position 2" "K" style fastener, which also binds transaction papers. Cover has 1" expansion and matching Tyvek® tape.
