SHIPPING POLICY
Monstronix.com offers multiple shipping options for delivery.
In stock items ordered before 2 P.M. CST will usually ship the same day. Items ordered after 2 P.M. CST on Friday will be shipped
on Monday. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days
of receipt of shipment.
- You may receive multiple packages if your order contains items from more than one warehouse.
- All freight charges are subject to dimension/oversize carrier weight
regulations.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted
or refused delivery of shipments.
- Refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
- Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is
released from Monstronix. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must
be reported to Monstronix within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims
must be filed by Monstronix directly with the freight carrier.
- Plasma TVs must be opened and inspected prior to accepting the shipment.
Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill
- To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product,
original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Monstronix. For
assistance, please contact Monstronix Customer Service.
RETURN POLICY
- Opened products that are non-defective are not eligible for return.
- Plasma TVs are not eligible for return.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained
from Monstronix prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without
an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. In order to obtain an RMA
number, please log in to your account and click "Track My Order." When viewing your order, there will be
a "Need to return this product?" link under the product name. Click on this link and fill out the information
on the following page. One of our Customer Service Associates will contact you to arrange your return.
- RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed
with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along
with the number of boxes shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
- Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice
or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
- Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days
from Monstronix invoice date. After 30
days, all product must be referred to the manufacturer for
authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return
policies.) Please refer to the applicable catalog product page for details
if stricter policies apply.
- A copy of the Monstronix invoice and retail customer invoice/ receipt must be
included with all returns. Products must be returned complete with
original parts and documentation along with the original
manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full
credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
- Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be
accepted for credit.
- Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at
Monstronix's discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be
considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will
be credited at the current Monstronix selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
- Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt
of merchandise at Monstronix.
- Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be
returned for credit as per normal Monstronix policies.
- Items designed for customer use but used commercially are not eligible
for return.
