To reduce the risk of fraud and printed check alteration, this writer features embossed printing functionality. When printing, it automatically renders dollar signs, cent signs, commas and decimals. Digital screen and keypad allow for easy entry, proofing and correcting. To help make recordkeeping a smoother process, the unit produces two carbon copies of each print job. Automated totaling of dollar amounts and automated accumulation of total checks processed simplifies accounts payables procedures. Writer generates both business and personal-sized checks.
