Can be turned off completely. Comes with 9-volt battery and removable swivel belt clip with strong magnet embedded and lanyard attachment point. Rugged, rubber shock resistant casing, waterproof in shallow water. 3×1x1.5 in. Weighs only 3.2oz with battery installed.
